    1.Why can't I login?

    Make sure your username and password are correct. If they are, contact the forum administrator to make sure your account hasn't been banned or removed. It is also possible the website owner has a configuration error on their end, and they would need to fix.


    2.Why do I need to register at all?

    You have to get registered to get complete access to the site. If you are not registering yourself, you won’t be able to access or use any content of feature provided on the forum.


    3.Why do I get logged off automatically?

    If you do not check the Remember me box when you log in, the forum will only keep you logged in for a pre-set time. This prevents misuse of your account by anyone else. To stay logged in, check the box during login.


    4.I've lost my password!

    Click the lost password link and follow the instructions.


    5.I registered but cannot login!

    Make sure your username and password are correct. If they are, then the forum requires new registrations to be activated, either by yourself or by an administrator before you can logon. You were sent an e-mail, please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. If you did not receive an e-mail, you may have provided an incorrect e-mail address or the e-mail may have been picked up by a spam filer. If you are sure the e-mail address you provided is correct, try contacting the forum administration


    6.I registered in the past but cannot login anymore?

    Attempt to locate the e-mail sent to you when you first registered, check your username and password and try again. It is possible an administrator has deactivated or deleted your account for some reason. Also, many forums periodically remove users who have not posted for a long time to reduce the size of the database. If this has happened, try registering again and being more involved in discussion.


    7.Didn’t received verification mail!

     If you didn’t receive mail in your mail box, kindly check you spam folder. If still you didn’t receive mail, contact our moderator or administrator

    8.How do I change my settings?

    If you are a registered user, all your settings are stored in the forum database. To alter them, click your username in the upper right corner while logged in.


    9.How do I show an image next to my username?

    It is up to the forum administrator to enable avatars and to choose the way in which avatars can be made


    10.How can I use permalinks?

    A permalink allows you to link directly to a specific forum post so you can share it easily with others. You will see the permalink option when clicking to visit any part of site. If you click the any permalink, it will have a particular web address which you can then copy and paste to use elsewhere.


    11.How can a student will get notified about any updates?

    For students to get notified, they need to sign in on the forum. In the section of announcements and updates, every user will get daily notification related to all updates and upcoming events.


    12.What features we will get in chat section?

    You will be able to conversate openly on site with the members and other users. You can write text message, send emojis, and GIFs efficiently.


    13.How can I contact the team members?

    To contact us you first need to sign up to the forum. After signing up, you can visit support section where you will find option to contact us.


    14.Can I get joined in several discussion forum simultaneously?

    Yes, you can get joined in several group discussion simultaneously as per your choice very efficiently.


    15.How can user see all the posts/contents on forum?

    They will find daily shared contents in the section categorized for content sharing on the forum.


    16.What is use of gallery?

    Daily conducted session photos will be posted here by the moderators or administrator.


    17.Can user start their new club?

    No. The right to create new club under forum is reserved for administrators, instructors and moderators.


    Posting Issues

    18.How do I post a topic in a forum?

    To post a new topic in a forum, click the relevant button on either the forum or topic screens. We have provided a different section named chat where you can have conversation and post topics you want. You may need to register before you can post a message.


    19.How do I edit or delete a post?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or delete a post that has already been approved by the Moderator. Only a forum administrator or moderator can edit or delete posts in the forum. If you would like to have edits/changes made in your post or, have it deleted, please contact the Moderator by supplied contact us information.


    20.Why can't I access a forum?

    Some forums section may be limited to certain users or groups. To view, read, post or perform another action you may need special permissions. But if you are registered, you will have total access to each and every section of the Forum. Contact a moderator or the forum administrator to grant you access if not granted.


    21.Why can't I add attachments?

    The forum administrator may not have allowed attachments. Contact the forum administrator if you are unsure about why you are unable to add attachments.


    22.Why does my post need to be approved?

    The forum administrator may have decided that posts in the forum you are posting to require review before submission


    23.How can is use Calendar efficiently?

    You can post upcoming event, add sticky notes to remember important dates and events you want to attend in future.


    24.Can I post my self-made video?

    Yes, you can add/ post your video in video section easily. You are provided with the button on right corner of the video section that states “My Videos”.


    25.Unable to post my video!

    Check that you are registered to the site. If still you face the problem, please contact our moderator or forum administrator.



    Formatting and Topic Types

    26.Can I use HTML?

    No. It is not possible to post HTML on this forum and have it rendered as HTML. Most formatting which can be carried out using HTML can be applied using the formatting toolbar when posting a message.


    27.What are closed topics?

    Closed topics are topics where users can no longer reply. Topics may be locked for many reasons and were set this way by either the forum moderator or forum administrator.



    User Levels and Groups


    28.What are Administrators?

    Administrators are members assigned with the highest level of control over the entire forum. These members can control all facets of forum operation, including setting permissions, banning users, creating user groups or moderators, etc., dependent upon the forum founder and what permissions he or she has given the other administrators. They may also have full moderator capabilities in all administrator.


    29.What are Moderators?

    Moderators are individuals (or groups of individuals) who look after the forums from day to day. They have the authority to edit or delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete topics in the forum they moderate. Generally, moderators are present to prevent users from going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive materials.


    30.What are user groups?

    User groups are created and handled by Administrators. User groups are groups of users that divide the community into manageable sections forum administrators can work with. Each user can belong to several groups and each group can be assigned individual permissions. This provides an easy way for administrators to change permissions for many users at once, such as changing moderator permissions or granting users access to a private forum meeting.


    Private Messaging


    31.I cannot send private messages!

    By using android application, you can have private chats with anyone anytime. You are not registered and/or not logged on. Please register and log in to be able to send PM.


    32.I have received a spamming or abusive e-mail from someone on this forum!

    Please e-mail the forum administrator with a full copy of the message you received. The forum administrator can then take any action.



    Searching the Forums

    33.How can I search a forum or contents?

    Click the "Search" link, enter a search term in the search box. Click the "search" button on right corner.


    34.How can I find my own or someone else's posts and topics?

    Click a username in the topic you have answered to, and view your profile as other's see it.



    Topic Subscriptions and Bookmarks


    35.How do I subscribe to specific forums or topics?

    Once you register yourself successfully, you can join several discussion groups where you will get daily updates and can subscribe to specific discussion forum.




    36.How do I remove my subscriptions?

    To remove your subscriptions, go to your profile (by clicking your username on the top) and click "My Subscription”. There you will find option to remove your subscription.
